Meet the Dutch Queens

We thought we should start out by introducing ourselves and how we met each other. The members of the Dutch Queens are Coralyn, Becky and Liz. We all went to high school together. But while Becky and Liz decided to go to the same college to further their education, Coralyn branched off and went a to a different institute of higher learning to pursue her dreams. Shortly after graduation, Coralyn and Liz reconnected, and after an intense search, found an apartment in Heritage Hill, with some interesting neighbors. Becky started spending more and more time at the Terrace, and when Coralyn decided to buy a house of her own, she needed tenants, and so the three Dutch Queens ended up roommates on Lyon Street. After two and a half short years there, which included a short stint in California for Becky, Coralyn decided she wanted to get married. Her poor roommates had to decide what to do quickly or they were going to be out on the street! Luckily, fate was on the side of Liz and Becky, and Becky found a house that she wanted to purchase, so she and Liz moved a short distance away to Baynton. Though the three Dutch Queens are no longer all cohabitating, we remain close friends and continue to have great adventures together. And yes, we are all Queens, and we are all Dutch. We originally all had different titles: Dutchess, Baroness, Princess, etc., and even a few charter members, but it became too difficult to remember who had which title, and really, we all just wanted to be the Queen, so that is how it is to this day. The Queens have official uniforms and symbols, which show up from time to time.
